Ocean Front Estate Florida Keys

There is even more to love this year at Direct Ocean Front Get Away in Marathon, Florida. After completing extensive renovations last year of the 3,441-square-foot estate, which updated the property’s amenities and curb appeal, this year saw the addition of a second 84’ saline pool; a private volleyball court; an indoor, gourmet wet bar; a fire pit; and more ocean-view guest bedrooms in a 4000-square-foot addition. Not only can this luxurious, ocean-front property now host a wedding for upwards of 200 guests, it can also host the entire wedding party overnight in 13 premium bedrooms.
New bedrooms are 500-square feet each and have unobstructed, ocean views overlooking the new 84’ saline pool. Four of the eight new bedrooms have king-sized beds, 55” HD TVs, wet bars, and private full baths. Two are outfitted as children’s bedrooms with bunk beds and secondary doors that allow access to the private bathrooms of the other guest bedrooms.
The upstairs of the original house has an ocean-view master-suite with king-sized accommodations. There is a Jacuzzi tub and shower combo in its private, adjoining bathroom and a 55” HD flat-screen TV in the bedroom. Other bedrooms have king-sized beds or double beds with bunk beds atop. The downstairs master suite has a king-sized bed, 55” HD flat-screen and adjoining tile bath with a standing shower and modern fixtures. It is also worth noting that the downstairs has access to the new handicapped bathroom that is completely in keeping with all the other updated renovations. It doesn’t look like an afterthought. All changes and upgrades are expertly coordinated with one another. All beds are top quality and pillow-topped and all have premium sheets and bedding.
When the wedding party isn’t enjoying their first-class accommodations, they can enjoy either of the saline pools. The original is a heated, lagoon-style pool trimmed by palms and other tropical flora. The all-new, ocean-view, lounging pool that invites the entire mix of guests is the 84’ saline pool with ample tile decking for lounge chairs when guests aren’t enjoying the lounge floats in the water and in the full sun. The view directly from this pool of the fresh-sand beach by the retaining wall that leads out to the 80-foot dock and turquois water will remind everyone they are nowhere if not in the Florida Keys, an amazing place to be.
Just beyond the 84’ pool and the no-holds-bar Tiki bar is the new, fashionable fire pit everyone wants in their own backyard. With cushioned, wrought-iron benches and chairs, eight people can easily sit and enjoy this fire pit under the stars or in the shade of mature palms by the ocean. The beach life would have a challenging time getting better than this.
However, in addition to the outdoor Tiki bar with its horseshoe counter, two refrigerators, ice machine, keg coolers, twin flat-screen HD TVS, and surround sound speakers, there is now a complete, gourmet indoor wet bar that allows you to serve up more custom drinks to your guests. This new gourmet wet bar has a commercial three door refrigerator, an ice maker with filtered ice for drinks, a Kegerator (a fridge designed to hold a keg and dispense beer), and a commercial, three-blender, frozen-drink mixer. So day or night, rain or shine, air-conditioned or ocean-breezed, you can have your guests toasting the good life.
