Virginia wedding

Save some money and have fun with these wedding-tastic crafts!

Maybe you’re not the type of person whose heart races at the sight of yarn or glue guns, but sometimes don’t you just want to dig in and create something awesome?  There is plenty of inspiration for do-it-yourself wedding decorations and more on the internet.  Just do a few quick searches and you are sure to find something you like, something you can do, and something you would have never thought of trying had no one suggested it to you.  So take a look at a few of these video shorts then start doing some quick searches.  You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

ORBS

Once you create the orb, consider adding lights, silk flowers, and streams of ribbons.  One wedding used yarn balls as decorative receptacles for guest to slip wedding advice into.  The advice was written on rolls of little pieces of paper and tied with ribbons.  It was beautiful, fun, and special.

BLOCK LETTERS

I love block letters but often times I dislike the price.  If you can make them yourself and make them fantastic, you should go for it.  I LOVE them.
