VENUE
Hilltop Farm in Centreville, Virginia, recently hosted a captivating, styled shoot that brought the theme “Modern Romance: A Black & White Affair” to life. This enchanting venue, nestled on 32 picturesque acres in Fairfax County, Virginia offers breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Bull Run, creating a perfect backdrop for a romantic and scenic wedding.
ATTIRE
The model, Asianna graced the scene in a breathtaking modern wedding dress, a true epitome of elegance and sophistication. The minimalist silhouette, crafted from high-quality satin, shimmered with a luxurious sheen and reflected the light utterly enchantingly. Delicate spaghetti straps and a subtle plunging neckline added just the right touch of allure. The flowing train, trailing behind her infused the moment with a sense of drama without overshadowing the dress’s simplicity.
She wore a long cathedral veil crafted from airy tulle. The sheer and lightweight veil danced behind her, perfectly complementing the gown while allowing its beauty to shine through. With the veil extending gracefully beyond the train, every step Asianna took was a breathtaking spectacle, embodying the modern elegance of a bride ready to walk down the aisle.
The model, Austin made a striking impression in a classic black tuxedo, an elegant and timeless choice that any groom would proudly wear on his special day. Austin paired the tuxedo with matching trousers, a crisp white non-pleated Lux microfiber shirt and a classic black bow tie to complete the ensemble. The result? CEREMONY SITE
The ceremony site was nothing short of breathtaking. It featured a striking black satin backdrop that created an air of elegance and sophistication. The deep, rich fabric contrasted with the vibrant floral arrangements.
At the heart of this captivating scene stood an arch adorned with clusters of white garden roses and cheerful gerbera daisies. The flowers, artfully arranged by Fresh Bouquet, L.L.C., exuded an enchanting charm. The white garden roses symbolized love and purity. At the same time, the playful gerber daisies added a delightful touch of whimsy and joy. Interspersed among these blooms were delicate sprigs of bleached ruscus, infusing a contemporary flair that made the arrangement feel fresh and modern.
The striking black satin and lively floral display created an atmosphere of sophistication and charm, making it an idyllic backdrop for a modern wedding celebration.
RECEPTION SITE
The reception site was a dazzling sight that transformed the atmosphere into something enchanting. Picture this: a rich black velvet tablecloth that flowed elegantly, adding depth and a touch of luxury to each setting. At the center of it all sat a sleek black stone charger, its smooth surface contrasting beautifully with the lustrous sheen of the tablecloth, creating an inviting visual feast.
Carefully arranged atop the charger was a soft champagne napkin, folded with precision, setting the stage for a crisp white menu that boasted elegant typography. This exquisite detail tied everything together seamlessly.
But the pièce de résistance? A stunning glass candelabra commanded attention, adorned with tall, slender black tapered candles that flickered softly, casting a warm glow over the table. Surrounding this centerpiece were breathtaking floral arrangements crafted by Fresh Bouquet, L.L.C., featuring fresh white roses, cheerful white gerbera daisies and delicate baby’s breath. Each element added a refreshing, organic touch to the overall decor.

CAKE
The modern three-tiered cake stood tall, commanding attention with its striking and sophisticated color palette. The bottom layer, covered in sleek black fondant, was a bold foundation designed to capture anyone’s attention and offer a stunning contrast to the layers above. Its matte finish exuded luxury, making it the perfect canvas for the cake’s elegant design, which blended modern aesthetics with timeless elegance.
