Glow on your wedding day!

It’s only right that a bride wants to feel beautiful on her wedding day. However, with so much planning and errands to run before the big day, the last thing on a bride’s mind is taking care of herself. From balancing a job, wedding rehearsals, and honeymoon packing, a bride-to-be may find herself a little overwhelmed and drained. As the bride, the last thing you want is to look and feel exhausted on your wedding day. Here are some tips on how to look and feel radiant on your big day:
1.) wash your face with honey & cinnamon
This basic, yet dynamic duo exfoliates the skin, giving your face a brighter, clearer appearance. Honey is naturally an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent, allowing it to clean and soothe the skin. Cinnamon naturally brings blood and oxygen to the skin surface, which reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Not only that, but together, they smell amazing!
2.) Drink water
Avoid those sugary sodas and replace them with plenty of fresh H20. The hydration speeds up the growth of new cells and flushes toxins out of the digestive system.
3.) Wedding day Morning-workout
While exercising, body pours open to receive more oxygen and there is more circulation of blood flow. Similar to how cinnamon works on the skin, a working body naturally pushes blood and oxygen to the skin surface, thus firming and brightening the skin.
Last, but not least, get a good night’s rest. The body uses those 8 hours to heal and repair what’s damaged. Don’t deprive yourself from what you need. Catch those Z’s!!!
