Virginia Bride welcomes submissions for consideration to publish articles, styled shoots, product features and real weddings in each issue of Virginia Bride. Please send inquiries to publisher@vabridemagazine.com along with a sample of what you would like to submit. The editorial deadline is April 1 for the summer/fall issue; September 1 for the winter/spring issue.
Materials, editorial, and features accepted by Virginia Bride Magazine cannot be published in another bridal publication.
To submit your Real Virginia Wedding to Virginia Bride Magazine:
Your wedding must have taken place in Virginia or either the bride or groom must be from Virginia. Send three photos of your wedding to publisher@vabridemagazine.com. The photos should include one of the couple, details of the wedding, and the location. Include a brief description of your wedding and why you think it should be published. What made it special and unique?
