The stage was set at the Mount Ida Farm & Vineyard in Charlottesville, VA last September for Katie and Michael to be married.
They had met in college at UVA so this was the perfect place for them to begin their futures!
Katie was a vision in her detailed gown and bead lined veil. Can we talk about that bouquet?! I’d say the perfect word to describe it would be EPIC!
Before the ceremony, they exchanged letters but not looks as they wanted to wait until the walk down the aisle to see one another for the first time that day.
The ceremony took place under a gazebo with the property’s beautiful pond in the background.
They said their vows, took communion with one another, were pronounced man and wife by none other than Michael’s father!
All rejoiced and celebrated the gorgeous new Mr. and Mrs.!

After the couples portraits, Katie grabbed her bridesmaids for a few quick photos. I love all of their dresses! Each so unique but overall they go together perfectly!
The reception took place inside the barn and no detail went untouched.
The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, cake, and of course lots of dancing! Congratulations Michael and Katie!
